Welcome Back! This summer passed so quickly and here we are ready to face new challenges and opportunities to make a difference for the children of Kentucky. 

It is an honor for me to be president of Kentucky ASCD. To lead a professional organization so dedicated to improving instruction in Kentucky and to developing the capacity of each member is a challenging experience. I am looking forward to that challenge and the reward of serving our membership, networking, and recognizing the talented educators in our state.

Our membership is growing. Whether you are beginning your career in education or are an experienced educator, you will find KyASCD as a valuable resource to you in meeting the learning needs of students. KyASCD is one of 60 affiliates that works in partnership with ASCD to foster common educational values and goals. We are teachers, principals, superintendents, administrators, supervisors, curriculum specialist, program coordinators and retired educators dedicated to a passion: teaching and learning. Join your colleagues as a KyASCD member.
